It is essential that consent is taken from parents / carers for any child under the age of 16 in relation to photography and videography, and 18 years in relation to medical treatment.

 

Details of consent can be found in many of our policies including our safeguarding and child protection policy, parents’ access to records and data protection. These are available for parents in the SEN Space family room. Policies are also available on request by emailing info@senspace.org.uk. All policies are also found on our website www.senspace.org.uk.

 

A photography and videography consent form and medical consent form must be completed before a child attends SEN Space.
